  • Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Engraved and Custom Orders: These require an additional 7-10 business days for processing.
  • Orders placed after our processing hours or during weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

    • Free Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.
    • Standard Ground Shipping: 8-10 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days.
  • US Shipping: 
    • Free Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.
    • Standard Ground Shipping: 8-10 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: 3 business days.

  • International Shipping:

    • Standard International Shipping: Up to 6-8 weeks.
    • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and fees. SunTouch Jewelry is not responsible for these charges.

Shipping Hours

  • Our internal shipping hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. PST.
  • Orders placed after these hours will begin processing the next business day.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs charges or fees. SunTouch Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
