1-Year Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

Gold Plated Jewelry

For gold plated pieces, we offer a 2-year warranty for re-plating. If your gold plating fades within 2 years of purchase, we will re-plate it free of charge. The re-plating process can take up to 4 weeks, excluding shipping time.

How to Claim Warranty

If you encounter any issues with your jewelry, please send an email to info@suntouchjewelry.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos and videos are always helpful to determine the best course of action.

Repairs and Replacements

We offer free replacements or repairs within our 1-year warranty. This warranty covers standard repairs such as snapped chains, broken earring posts, and clasps. It does not cover lost items or damage outside of product defects.

If your item is damaged after a year of purchase, we do offer repairs for a fee.

Tarnishing

Tarnishing is normal with all jewelry. At SunTouch Jewelry, we strive to make our pieces last for many years. You can keep your jewelry looking its best by following our Materials & Care instructions.

Single Earring Purchases

Re-plating Gold Jewelry

We offer a 2-year warranty for re-plating gold plated items. If your plating is coming off and the base metal is showing, we will re-plate it free of charge within 2 years of purchase. For re-plating inquiries, please email info@suntouchjewelry.com.
