Return and Exchange Policy

At SunTouch Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free exchanges or returns within 10 days of receiving your order. Simply request a return within this 10-day window, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.

Note: Sale items and custom pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Processing a Return or Exchange

Please email us at info@suntouchjewelry.com to initiate a return or exchange. Your refund will be provided once we receive the item(s) back at our studio. The return shipping time may vary from 2-4 weeks.

Resizing

We offer a resizing service for certain items. Please inquire about resizing by emailing us at info@suntouchjewelry.com. Note that some items cannot be resized.
