How long does shipping take?

Most orders leave the studio within three to five business days. Custom and engraved pieces take longer — we will tell you the timeline before we begin.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within fourteen days of delivery on unworn items. See Returns & Exchanges.

What materials do you use?

High-quality sterling silver and solid gold in 14k and 18k, with freshwater pearl and hand-poured resin. Every piece is handcrafted in Vancouver.

Can I customize a piece?

Absolutely — we specialize in custom orders. Use the form on the contact page and tell us what you are imagining.

Will sterling silver tarnish?

Sterling silver dulls with air and skin over time. Wipe it with a soft cloth after wear and store it dry and it stays bright.

Can pearls get wet?

Briefly, but do not swim, shower or sleep in them. Put pearls on last and take them off first.

Can I visit the studio?

Studio visits and custom-design consultations at 736 Granville St, Unit 716, Vancouver, can be arranged in advance.
